Dr Roven Sinani

He was born in Gjirokastra on February 13, 1978. In 2002 he graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, branch of General Medicine. In 2008 he completed the specialization in Otorhinolaryngology, at this Faculty. In 2008-2011 worked as a specialist otorhinolaryngologist at the Gjirokastra Regional Hospital as Head of the ORL-Ophthalmology department. In 2011 and onwards he was appointed as an ORL doctor at the University Medical Center “Mother Teresa”, Tirana. In 2004 he completed a course on facial plastic surgery and reconstruction of head and neck defects, at the University of Iskumbria, Varese, Italy. In 2005 for a period of 6 months he specialized in Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS) as well as Neck Surgery at the Hippocratic University Hospital, Athens. In 2006 he completed a course for rhinoplasty and otoplasty at the Vangjelizmos University Hospital, Athens. In 2006 did a 3-month specialization at Neo Athineon Hospital for endoscopic surgery of the nose, sinuses and base crani.

Participant and speaker in many national and international conferences. In 2009-2011 worked as a pedagogue of Otorhinolaryngology at the University Eqerem Cabej, Gjirokaster.

During this period he has performed many interventions in:

  • Field of rhinology (nasal polyps with FESS, deviations, radiofrequency rhinitis, etc.)
  • Plastic facial surgery (rhinoplasty, otoplasty, blepharoplasty reconstructive facial surgery)
  • Pediatric orl surgery (almonds, foreign meat, tympanic ventilation tubes
  • Laryngeal surgery (polyps, tumors, cysts)
  • Salivary gland surgery (parotis, submandibular)
  • 6 ear surgeries (tympanoplasty)

Since 2010 he was specialized in facial plastic surgery (Rhinoplasty, auriculoplasty). In 2019 he specialized in Turkey at Acibadem hospital for piezo rhinoplasty, a method which has revolutionized plastic nose surgery.
In 2020 he founded ART ORL CLINIC, a clinic which deals mainly with facial plastic surgery.
